Studio F3 Designers And Developers Private Limited is based at the Poovanam Buildings in Anappara. We do a mix of design and development work. It is an interesting job because one day we are drawing up plans and the next we are out seeing how they look in real life. We are not a big, cold company. It is just us here, trying to make things look good and work well. We do not use a lot of fancy terminology. If a design does not work, we just say it and try something else. Anappara is a good place for us to be based. It is quiet enough that we can think, but close enough to our projects. We spend a lot of time talking to each other about how to solve problems. Development can be tricky because there are always unexpected things that pop up, like a delivery being late or a measurement being slightly off. We just deal with it as it comes. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we have done before and let them decide. We like the creative side of the work, but we also like the practical side of actually building. It is a good balance for us. We have been in the Poovanam Buildings for a while now and it feels like home. We just keep working hard and doing what we know.
