Sri Sai Vigneshwara Enterprises

We have been here at Sri Sai Vigneshwara Enterprises for quite a while now. Our place is right on the Main Road in Kalpetta, which is always busy with people and cars moving through the Wayandu area. Our post box is number ten, though most people just walk in the front door when they need something. It gets pretty noisy outside with all the traffic, especially when the big buses go by in the afternoon. Inside the shop, it is just us doing the daily work. The rain in Wayandu can be really heavy during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure the roof is holding up and things stay dry. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that for visitors. It is just a simple counter and some shelves. People usually stop by on their way to other spots in town. It is a practical location. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep working with what we have. We know all the neighbors around here since we are right in the middle of everything on the street. It isn’t a very quiet place to work, but it is where we have been for years. We have a regular routine. The morning starts with opening up the metal shutters. Then we deal with the mail or whatever people need. It is a very simple operation here. Nothing too complicated, just a local business trying to get the day's work done before the sun goes down over the hills.
