Our office is located at No.11/532-A in the PK Commercial Complex on Cherooty Road. If you know Kozhikode, you know that this road is always moving. We go by Sreerosh Developers Private Limited. We spend a lot of our time right here, dealing with the day-to-day of running a development business. It’s not all fancy drawings and big meetings. A lot of it is just sitting on the phone, trying to track down a shipment of cement or dealing with the local authorities. Finding a place to park around here is a nightmare, so we usually just walk or take an auto. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures. We just do the work. The weather in Kozhikode can be tough on a building site, especially when the monsoon hits hard and everything turns into a swamp. You have to know the local soil to do this job right. We’ve been around long enough to know which parts of town are tricky. We aren’t looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to keep the business running and make sure our workers have enough to do. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to it by now. If you’re ever near the complex, you’ll likely see us grabbing a quick lunch at the corner stall. We've been in this office for years now and it's starting to feel a bit small, but it works for us.
