Smz Constructions Private Limited operates out of CD Tower in Arayidathupalam, Calicut. We have rooms 19 and 20 on the third floor. It's a busy part of town, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been working in the Kozhikode area for a while now, mostly focusing on general building work. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of paper and samples of tiles or bricks we’re looking at. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people, just a team that knows how to put buildings together. Some days are long, especially when we have to coordinate with different suppliers across Kerala. We try to keep things moving along, even when there are hitches in the supply chain. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a decent view of the street, but mostly we are just looking at plans. If you are around Kozhikode-673004, you’ve probably seen some of the sites we’ve worked on. We don’t do anything too flashy, just solid work that people need. Construction is a tough business, and there's always something to fix or a new problem to solve on-site. We just take it day by day. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just call or walk up the stairs to the office. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our best to stay on schedule, though everyone knows how that goes in this industry.
