You can find Silenceskies Llp up on the 4th floor of Hilite Business Park in Kozhikode. Our specific spot is No. 1402 A, Door No. 3/1043 A 75. It’s a modern enough building, but inside our office, it feels a lot more grounded. We chose the name because it sounded peaceful, and that's the kind of environment we try to keep while we work. We handle a lot of technical tasks that require a good bit of concentration. The view from the 4th floor is nice, especially when the weather is clear, and it helps when we need to step away from the screens for a minute. We are a small team, and we’ve all been in this field for quite a while. We don't go for big marketing pushes or try to impress people with fancy talk. Usually, we just sit down, look at the requirements, and start working. There is a lot of back-and-forth between us throughout the day. We don't really have private offices; we just share the space. It makes it easier to ask for help or share a thought. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a deadline coming up. Being in Kozhikode is a big part of who we are, and we like being part of the business community here at the park. It's a professional location, but we keep our internal vibe very simple and human. Just some folks doing their jobs every day.
