Samaa Builders & Developers Private Limited

We are located on the first floor of the Belvedre building. It is right behind Calicut Books on Kuthiravattam Road. It’s a pretty busy area in Kozhikode. We work as builders and developers. Some days the office is quiet with just one or two of us doing paperwork, and other days it is full of people coming in to talk about land or building plans. We have been here for a bit now and we like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. Calicut is growing fast and there are always new projects starting up. We try to keep up with the pace. It’s not always easy because permits and materials can be a headache sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes. We do both building from scratch and developing land. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't really about the big fancy presentations. We prefer to just show people what we are doing on the ground. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on site progress. It’s a lot of legwork. The office is just our base of operations where we drink way too much tea and try to keep the schedules straight. If you are around Kuthiravattam Road, you probably passed us already. That’s pretty much the story of Samaa Builders. We have been doing this for a while and it's mostly about keeping the projects moving along.
