Our office is tucked away on Janamythri Lane, right near the fire force road in Kakkad. SAAHAS VISWANIRMAN VENTURES PRIVATE is the name on the door, but most locals just know us as the guys working from Kunnamkulam. We started this because there was a need for practical work in the neighborhood. It's not a huge operation, just Door No. 7/204/2, but it serves us well enough. We spend a lot of time coordinating things and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things a bit slow, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We just show up and do the work that’s assigned to us. If you walk past the fire station, you’re basically there. We’ve been at this for some time now and have seen the lane change quite a bit. It’s a busy spot but we like the energy. Everyone on the team lives nearby, so we know the area like the back of our hand. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around, we just want to keep the lights on and do right by the projects we take on. It’s pretty straightforward. No one here wears a suit, we're usually in work clothes and ready to move. We try to be helpful and just stay out of trouble while doing our tasks.
