Rkins Builders And Developers Private Limited is located over at Thekkullakandy in Ekarool. We are part of the Unnikkulam area in Kozhikode. It’s a decent place to run a business, and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly focus on building houses and developing plots for people around the neighborhood. We aren't a massive company with lots of departments. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get built right. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the files and meet with people when we aren't out at a construction site. Kozhikode has a lot of growth lately, so there is usually plenty of work to keep us busy. We don't spend much time on advertising or trying to look polished. Most of our clients come to us because they saw a house we finished down the road. We deal with the usual headaches of the building trade like rain delays, missing parts, and permit issues. You just have to be patient and keep pushing forward. We know the local regulations and the local soil, which helps when you’re planning a foundation.
