Rarco Building Solutions Llp is over in the Vengery area of Kozhikode, in the Vijayakumar Building. We’re pretty easy to find if you’re around Karaparamba. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, and it’s become our second home. We handle all sorts of building solutions, which is really just a fancy way of saying we help people build stuff. The office isn't anything special—just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of maps and drawings on the walls. We don’t see the need for a big, flashy space because we spend most of our time out on the job sites anyway. We’re a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be doing the books and the next you’re out checking on a foundation. It’s a lot of variety, which keeps things interesting. Kozhikode is a great place to work, even if the rain sometimes makes things difficult for us. We just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Kerala; we just want to be known as the people who actually show up and do what they say they’re going to do. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. It’s just a normal business run by normal people. We like the work we do and we plan to keep doing it for a long time. It is just how we are.
