We've been at the Ranzom Building in Chundappuram for a bit now. It’s right there on the first floor. People in Koduvally know the spot. We mostly deal with site work and putting things together around Kozhikode. It’s a lot of dusty days and checking on materials, making sure things actually get finished. I started this because I saw how much was changing in the area. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some plans scattered around. Most days involve being out on the sites anyway. It’s hard work, sometimes things go wrong with the weather or deliveries are late, but that’s just how it is here. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. If you're driving down the main road near KM 11/600B, you'll see where we are. It’s a local operation, nothing too big. My cousin helps out with the paperwork sometimes, though we mostly focus on the physical side of the building. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit lately. It feels good to have a hand in that. We just take it one project at a time and hope for the best. Sometimes the rain in Kerala slows us down, especially during the monsoon, but we get back to it as soon as we can. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don't promise miracles, just a decent day's work for a fair price. That is how we’ve always run things here in our little office.
