Puthalath Habitat Private Limited

Our place is located in Muthuvanathara, over in Olavanna. The address is 15/746, Puthalath. If you know the Pantheerankavu area in Kozhikode, we aren't too far from there. It’s a quiet enough spot, mostly houses and local shops around. We go by Puthalath Habitat Private Limited. It’s not a huge operation, just us working out of this space in Kerala. The 673019 pin code area has its own pace, which is nice compared to the middle of the city. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know who we are. It’s not a corporate glass building or anything. It's just a practical setup where we can sit down and focus. Some days are busier than others with people stopping by or deliveries coming through. Kozhikode weather can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays dry and organized. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most of what we do is just handled right here at the desk. We use the space we have and try to make the most of it. It’s a straightforward setup. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in Muthuvanathara. It’s a good community to be a part of, honestly. We just fit in with the local rhythm of the place and focus on the daily chores.
