Ptr Projects Private Limited is situated in the Lamyas Building at 17/1898 E3. We are in the East Kottaparamba area of Calicut, which is also known as Kozhikode-673001. Being right in the middle of the city is helpful for us. It makes it easier to get to different sites and meet with people. We have been doing construction and project work for a while now. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us working together. Our office is often full of blueprints and dusty boots. That is just the way it is when you are in the building trade. We do not have any fancy brochures or big ads. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. Some projects are easy and some are really complicated. We have had plenty of long days where things did not go perfectly. That is just part of the job. Calicut is our home and we know the local market well. We have built a few things around here and we are proud of that. We try to stay grounded and not make things more complicated than they need to be. If you are around East Kottaparamba, you might see us coming and going. We are just a local construction firm trying to do a good job every day without any extra talk or corporate polish.
