Our office, Mohalayam, is located over in Makkada Po, which is part of the Kakkodi area. We’re known as Palmcor Projects Private Limited. Kizhakkumuri is a place where people know each other, so we try to keep things straightforward. We handle various building projects around this region. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of dust, loud machines, and coordination involved in every single job we take on. We’ve got a small crew that has been with us for a while. We don't spend a lot on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the weather in Kerala makes it hard to stay on schedule, but we do what we can to keep things moving. We aren't some massive corporation from the city. We’re just local folks who know how to put a building together. You’ll find us checking on the workers or talking to the suppliers about the price of steel. Every project has its own set of problems to solve. We just take them as they come. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and receipts. It’s a messy business but it’s what we do. If you’re near the Kakkodi side, you might see our name on a fence or a gate. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the walls up before the next monsoon hits. It’s hard work, but it’s what we’ve always done.
