ONELINE CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at 69/1502 in the T P Complex over in Nadakavu. If you know Calicut, you know this part of town gets pretty active. Oneline Construction Private Limited has been operating out of here for a while now. We spend most of our time dealing with concrete, steel, and a lot of paperwork that comes with building stuff. It isn’t always a smooth ride because construction has a lot of moving parts and sometimes things don’t arrive on time. We just deal with it as it comes. Kozhikode has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that local rhythm. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks, but that is just part of the daily grind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. People come by the T P Complex to chat about their plans, and we sit down and figure out what can actually be done with their budget. It’s practical work. Sometimes we are out on site all day under the sun, and other times we are stuck here looking at numbers. It’s a mix of hard labor and office management. We’ve been part of the Kozhikode scene for a bit and plan to stay here doing our thing one project at a time.
