We are tucked away on the third floor of RF Arcade, which is on Mavoor Road in Parayancheri. If you know where Arayidathupalam is, we are just a short distance from there. Onearcon Limited Liability Partnership is really just a small team of us working in the office. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic on Mavoor Road, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit calmer. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedules for the week. There is always a lot of coordination involved in what we do. Between the architects and the contractors, our phones are usually ringing off the hook. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the projects finished without too many headaches. The space at No. 27/634 D1 is where all the planning happens. It’s full of samples, dusty boots, and rolls of paper. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to stop by, even if the parking is a bit of a mess sometimes. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about construction and design. We handle the day-to-day stuff and try to keep everyone on the same page. It's hard work, but we've been doing it long enough that we know what to expect from the local weather and the supply chains. We just keep our focus on the work itself.
