We are located near the Civil Station in Quilandi. Our office is 28/230D, tucked into the ICICI Bank Building where Span Architects also has their space. It’s a convenient spot in Quilandi-Kozhikode because everyone knows where the Civil Station is. Having the bank right there makes things easier for us too. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our desks, some stools for visitors, and stacks of blueprints piled up in the corners. Since we share the building with architects, there’s usually a lot of talk about design and structure going on in the hallways. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out at various construction sites around the 673005 area. It’s a lot of coordination work, making sure the right materials arrive and that the crew knows what they’re doing for the day. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just work hard and try to do right by the projects we take on. Sometimes the humidity in Kozhikode gets to us, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this Quilandi post office area for a while and have a good relationship with the local suppliers. It’s a straightforward way of living and working, and we wouldn't have it any other way. People know where to find us if they have questions about their builds.
