NICE GARDEN BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS LLP is located in Room 63/2943 of the Emerald Building. It’s a pretty standard office setup where we spend our time looking at land maps and dealing with all the legal side of development. Being in the Emerald Building is convenient because it’s a known spot, though finding parking nearby can be a real pain some days. We are usually in and out of the office, heading to various sites to see how the land clearing or the initial building phases are going. Development is a slow process with a lot of waiting around for approvals and the right weather. We have a couple of desks, a printer that jams too often, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Most of our conversations are about plot sizes, drainage, and how many bags of cement we need for the next stage. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up how we sound; we just talk to people plainly about what can be done with their property. It’s a lot of responsibility, and things don't always go exactly to plan, but we try to fix the problems as they pop up. We’ve been working in this field for long enough to know that patience is usually more important than anything else when you are trying to build something new.
