Namus Developers Private Limited is based out of Elayedath Paramb House in Feroke. It’s a busy little area, especially around Perumugham P O. We’ve stayed local because that’s where we know the land and the people. Most of our work involves looking at different plots and figuring out what can actually be built there. It’s not always easy because the ground can be tricky in this part of Kerala, but we’ve seen enough of it to know what to expect. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just operate from our house office and keep track of our projects one by one. Our days are mostly filled with meeting site supervisors and talking to folks who want to settle down in Feroke. Sometimes we have to travel a bit further out, but we always end up back here to finish our paperwork. The office isn't a showroom; it’s a working space with maps and a lot of folders. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our signs at a construction site. It’s a steady kind of life, working through the monsoon season and the dry spells. We just keep our heads down and handle the building work as it comes, making sure we stay on top of the local regulations and the daily site visits. We have been here for years.
