MOKAZ DEVELOPERS LLP

Mokaz Developers LLP is out in Elettil Vattoli. We are part of the Koduvally area in Kozhikode. Our door number is KP 17/372. This is a place where people know their neighbors. The office is right there in Elettil PO, and the 673572 pin code is what we use for our mail. We are a small team of developers. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. We just have this one spot where we sit and plan out our projects. Elettil Vattoli is a nice community to be in. We often have people from the village stop by to ask what we are working on. We don't mind the company. Most of our work involves local land and building things that fit the area. We use simple tools and keep our records in big folders on the shelves. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time walking around sites and talking to the people who live nearby. We like to keep things simple and direct. There is no need for fancy talk when you are just trying to get a job done right. The office is plain and we like it that way because it keeps us focused on the tasks. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for a lot longer. It is just our way of being part of the Kozhikode district. We are just local people doing our best.
