Modularbuild Infrastructure Private Limited

Our office is located over at 17/1088 C1 in the White Square Building. It’s on Taluk Road, right near Puthiyara Road here in Calicut. Being in Kozhikode keeps us on our toes because the city is always changing. We started Modularbuild Infrastructure Private Limited because we saw a lot of need for solid construction around here. Most of us grew up in this part of Kerala, so we know the local roads and how things work with the weather and the permits. It’s not always easy running a business in a busy area like this. Traffic on Taluk Road can be a nightmare during peak hours, which sometimes slows down our deliveries. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or talking to the guys at the sites. We aren't the type to wear suits and sit in meetings all day. Usually, someone is out checking on a project while someone else stays back at the White Square office to handle the phone calls and the billing. It gets a bit loud sometimes with all the street noise coming in, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the buildings done. There’s always another project starting as soon as one finishes up. It keeps the team tired but we're used to the pace of work in Calicut. We don't have a fancy website or anything, we just answer the phone and go to work.
