MASTERCOAT WATERPROOFING LLP

Mastercoat Waterproofing Llp is located at Building No 16/476. We are right opposite the Karassery Panchayath office in Kozhikode. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the Panchayath is. We do a lot of waterproofing work. In this part of Kerala, roofs leak all the time because of the heavy monsoons. We spend most of our time out on sites or here in the building organizing our materials. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us running the show. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if you come in, you’ll find one of us covered in a bit of dust or sealant. We talk to people in plain English about how to stop the water from coming through their ceilings. It isn’t complicated work in theory, but it takes a lot of sweat to do it right. The Kozhikode-673602 area keeps us on our toes. There are always new buildings going up and old ones falling apart. We try to stay on top of the schedule, but sometimes the rain stops us from working on the roofs. That is just how it goes here. We have a couple of ladders and a lot of specialized coatings in the back. People from around the village often stop by to ask for advice. We just give it to them straight. We aren't trying to sell anyone something they don't need. We just want to fix the leaks.
