Manipuram Developers and Contractors Private Limited is over at the HiLITE Business Park. Our office is G-1003 in the T1 building. It’s right there on the NH 17 Thondayad By-pass. It’s a modern spot, but we try to keep things down to earth inside the office. Even though it’s a big business park, we’re just a team of developers and contractors trying to do good work every day. Being near the bypass makes it easy to get to different sites quickly, which is a big help. We spend a lot of time on the road, so this office is mainly for meetings and the boring paperwork that comes with construction and contracting. It can get pretty busy around the HiLITE city area, especially with all the new buildings and shops coming up. We’ve been here since the park opened up more or less. It’s a convenient location for us and for any clients who need to visit. We don't really use big words or corporate jargon to describe what we do. We just build things and manage projects from start to finish. Some days are long, and some are even longer when things don't go exactly as planned with the materials or the weather. But that’s just how contracting works. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. We don’t bother with much else besides getting the projects finished and moving to the next one.
