LRA Perfect Building Solutions LLP is located in Kozhikode, specifically on the first floor of the I Max Building. We are in the Ulliyeri area of Quilandy. Our office is actually unit number 6/376/K inside the building. Our work revolves around finding solutions for people who are building or fixing up their properties. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger structural issue, we try to figure out the best way to handle it without spending more than necessary. The office is in a good spot in Ulliyeri, so it’s easy for people to stop by and tell us about their building problems. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. Usually, you just talk to the person who is actually going to be looking at your project. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting different sites around Kozhikode and Quilandy. Every building has its own set of issues, especially with the climate here in Kerala. We have to think about the rain and the heat when we suggest building materials. It’s a lot of common sense and experience put together. We just want to provide honest work that helps people finish their buildings. We’ve been at the I Max Building for a while and we’ve seen a lot of different projects come through our doors. We just keep working hard and stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us each day. It’s good to see projects finish well.
