Our place is located at 29/1725 Aishwarya in Nellikkode, right along Palazhi Road. We deal with both interior and exterior stuff, which keeps us pretty occupied most weeks. It’s a partnership, so there’s a few of us sharing the load at Loham Int Ext Limited Liability Partnership. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with samples and catalogs everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy with clients. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Palazhi Road is usually quite active, so we see a lot of folks passing through the neighborhood. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure things look right for the people who hire us. If you’re looking for us, we’re the ones near the P.O. area. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and measuring things. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when it’s hot outside and we’re doing exterior checks. But we like seeing the end result of a job when it finally comes together. We don’t have a big fancy website or a marketing department. We just use simple tools and talk to our neighbors. It’s a local operation, and we try to treat everyone fairly. If a job is too big for us, we say so. If it’s something we can handle, we get to work. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Nellikkode. It’s honest work and it keeps us going.
