You can find us at the C D Tower in Arayadathupalam, right on the bypass road in Kozhikode. We’re on the ground floor at 5/2932-A8. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic going by. We’ve been working as builders in this area for a while now. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and that’s a headache, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us talking to people and getting things done. Kozhikode is growing fast and there’s always a new project starting somewhere. We try to stay focused on what’s in front of us. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups, but it works for us. We aren't some polished firm from a magazine. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. Some days are long, starting early before the heat gets too bad. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and finding good workers. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we like being part of the city’s changes. If you’re ever near the bypass, you’ll probably see our sign. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It takes time to build things right, and we don't like to rush the important parts. That's just how we do things here at Leterminal every day.
