If you ever find yourself on Ambalavattom Road, you might see our place at Building No 7/294A. We are situated in Parambilangadi, in the Edarikode area. As Lee Max Builders and Developers, we spend our days dealing with all the bits and pieces that go into construction. It’s a mix of being out in the sun at a site and sitting back in the office trying to make sense of the budget. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have a workspace where we get things done. Building things in this part of the country has its own set of challenges, like the heavy rains or finding the right materials at the right time. We just take it one day at a time. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but we know where everything is. We’ve worked with a lot of folks around Edarikode, and it’s nice to see projects actually get finished and people moving in. We don’t use any big words to describe our work because we don’t really have any goal other than doing the job right. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people can rely on when they need something built. It’s a long road sometimes, but it’s what we know.
