Learning Arena

Learning Arena is located at 27/524-B in the Amal Apartments, right in the Parayanchery area of Kozhikode. It’s not a big campus with sprawling fields; instead, it is set inside a residential building which makes it feel a bit more personal. You have to come up the stairs and find the right door among the other apartments. The rooms are converted into study spaces and small offices, so it’s quite cozy inside. You can hear the sounds of the street from the balcony—the cars honking and the general bustle of Kozhikode life. The walls are mostly covered with notices and some charts for the students to look at. We have a small desk at the front where someone is usually sitting to answer the phone or greet people as they walk in. It gets a bit crowded when a class is just finishing and another is about to start, with everyone trying to squeeze through the hallway at the same time. The air conditioning hums in the background to keep the Kerala heat away. It’s a practical setup for people living in the city who don’t want to travel far for their lessons. We spend our days preparing materials, talking to the students who drop by, and keeping the place tidy. It’s a modest little spot that fits right into the neighborhood, serving folks who are looking for a place to sit down and focus.
