Kozhikode is a busy city, and Nadakkave is one of those areas where there is always something going on. Being right across from the hotel makes it pretty easy to give directions to anyone coming to visit us. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks and our plans laid out. We spend most of our time there or out at various sites around the city. Kozhikode has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to that over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job without a lot of noise. Developing property involves a lot of small details that most people don't see. It is not just about the finished building; it's about all the meetings and permits that come before it. We handle all that from our Nadakkave office. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we get used to it. It’s part of being in the heart of the city. We’ve been in the Sherin Building for a while now and it feels like home.
