We are located in the K J Building, which is near the Vandhana Bus Stop in Olavanna. The exact address is 8/361-D12. Being right by a bus stop means there is always something going on outside our windows. We do a lot of building work but we also get into the interior side of things, which is a bit more detailed. It’s nice to work on a place from the ground up and then figure out how the inside should look too. Our office in Kozhikode is where we keep all our samples and where we meet with people to talk about their houses or shops. It’s a busy little spot, and we like the energy of being in Olavanna. We don't have any polished marketing scripts to read from. We just talk to people like normal and try to figure out what they are looking for. Sometimes we disagree on where a wall should go or what color looks best, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a lot of hands-on effort and checking things twice. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that being honest about what can and can’t be done is the best way to go. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the list of projects we have. It’s a good way to spend the day and keep ourselves busy.
