KOTTAYIL INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are located in Kozhikode at Shop No. 14/3B, which is inside the Kottayil Arcade. Our company is called KOTTAYIL INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTIONS LLP. Being in an arcade means there are always other shops and people around, which is nice. We have the 673009 pincode. We do a mix of engineering and general construction work. Our office is where we handle the technical parts of the job, like checking the structural plans and making sure we have enough supplies. Kozhikode is a place with a lot of history and a lot of new growth, so there is always a balance to strike when you are building something. We have been in the Kottayil Arcade for a long time. It is a familiar spot for us. Most of our staff have lived in this area their whole lives. We don't try to be a giant corporation. We just want to do good engineering work and build things that stay standing. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to finish a project before the monsoon starts. We deal with all sorts of building tasks, from small repairs to bigger infrastructure jobs. Our space in the arcade is small but it has everything we need to get the job done. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. It is a regular business for regular people. The arcade has a lot of character and we have some nice neighbors in the other shops. We have a few cupboards full of old files and some new computers.
