Koduvally Exchange is right on the Main Road, just by the Federal Bank ATM. It’s a small shop where people come in to sort out their money matters or do some transfers. Since we are on the main road, it gets very busy, especially on market days. There’s always someone coming in to ask about rates or to pick up a document. The counter is quite high, and we have a small sitting area that fits maybe two or three people. It’s not a fancy bank building, just a local spot for the community. We spend most of the day behind the glass, counting and checking things. The traffic outside is constant, so you can always hear the horns and the buses going by. We know many of the regulars who come by once a month when they get their pay or need to send something. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working shifts. We don’t do any big marketing. People just see the sign while they are walking to the ATM or the bus stop. It’s a useful service for the people living around here, and we try to keep things moving quickly so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things a bit difficult, but we manage. We’ve been here for several years now, and the view of the main road hasn't changed much. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood where people get their financial tasks done without any fuss.
