KMGC Waterproofing & Paints Private Limited is based in Malappuram. We are located at C/o Vellam Parambilpunn T 29, right on the NH/211/1 highway. Specifically, we are in the Chungam Punnathala area. Our business is about keeping water out of buildings and putting paint on walls. It is practical work. In Kerala, the rain is no joke, so we stay pretty busy during certain months. We are a private limited company but we run things more like a local shop. The office is right there on the main road which makes it easy for people to drop by. We handle a lot of buckets of paint and various waterproofing chemicals. It’s heavy stuff to move around. Our team is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes the highway traffic makes it hard to get the delivery vans out, but we manage. We aren't interested in sounding fancy or using big words.
