If you go down Kallai Road in Calicut, you’ll find us on the second floor of the Kallai Complex. We are Kadathasseriyil Constructions Private and we’ve been working out of this Vattampoyil area for a good bit now. Our office at 19/1733Q isn't anything too special, just a place to keep the blueprints and meet with the guys before they head to the jobsites. Kozhikode has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, and we’ve been busy keeping up with the demand. Construction is tough work, especially when the heat gets bad in the afternoon. We spend most of our time out on the field, dealing with masons and delivery trucks. Sometimes the wood for the frames takes forever to arrive, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to get the job done so we can go home to our families. It’s mostly local people working here. We know the roads and the suppliers around Kallai pretty well. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking measurements twice. We’ve had some long days where things didn't go as planned, but that's construction for you. People know where to find us if they need a wall built or a roof looked at. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized in the office. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the year.
