We are Janakeeyam Buildco Llp. Our office is at Nandanam, Mekkoodathinkal Parambu, in Moottoli. It’s in the Kakkodi area of Calicut. The address is 10/578-A. We are local builders who have been around for a bit. We don't have a flashy office in the middle of the city; we prefer being out here where it's a bit more relaxed. Our work is pretty straightforward—we build things. We handle the plans, the workers, and the materials. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to fix it. We don’t use marketing slogans because we think the work should speak for itself. If a wall is straight and the roof doesn't leak, that's what matters. We spend a lot of time on the road between different sites in Kozhikode. The office is just a place to do the accounts and meet people. We are just a small team of people who like building. We’ve known some of our workers for years. We just try to do a decent job for a fair price. People around Kakkodi know us, and we like that personal connection. We don’t want to be a big corporate machine; we just want to be the guys you call when you need something built in this neighborhood. We've grown up in Calicut and it feels good to see the structures we helped create standing strong after all these years.
