Greens Homeland Llp

Our office for Greens Homeland Llp is located in the Muneer VV building, which is near the Pazhassi Campus. It has an old number and a new number, 46/953, which sometimes confuses the delivery drivers who are looking for Dhum Safar. We are just a group of people who work on land and housing projects in this area. It isn't a very large operation, but we stay busy enough. We spend most of our time looking at plots of land and figuring out where the pipes and wires should go. It is a lot of walking around in the sun and checking boundaries. We don't use much fancy language because we aren't trying to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the homes we help with are solid and sit right on the ground. Sometimes we sit in the office and drink tea while we wait for the rain to stop so we can get back out there. Being near the campus means there is always a bit of life around. We know most of the people who live nearby. If there is a problem with a drain or a wall, we go and take a look. It is a very normal, local business. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red. That is how we keep track of things. We try to be fair and honest about what can be done.
