GREENOME DEVELOPERS LLP is over at Door No. 17/1004 B2 in the Tharif Arcade. We are right opposite the old Mattummal Hospital in the Puthiyara area. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. The arcade is a busy place with people coming and going all day. Inside our office, it’s mostly just us working on plans and making sure the supplies are ordered. We do development work, which sounds fancy, but it really just means a lot of coordination and dealing with various contractors. We don't have any shiny posters or high-end furniture. We use old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for years. Puthiyara is a good place to be based, as it's central enough for us to reach our projects without too much driving. Sometimes we go over to the tea stall across the road to discuss things when the office gets too cramped. We’ve been working in this area for a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. The sun can be quite brutal in the afternoons, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done early. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. That is the reality of our business.
