You can find our office in Vadakara inside Sree Gokulam Tower on Link Road. Our room is A4A, Building No.20/59. It’s a busy part of Kozhikode, but it’s a good spot for managing an estate. We handle agricultural land and the things that grow on it. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the actual estates. It’s not just sitting behind a desk for us. We have to see the trees and the soil to know what’s going on. The office in the tower is where we handle the legal stuff and the accounts. It’s often full of maps and property documents. We aren't a big, cold company. We know the land we manage. Vadakara is a place with a lot of history in trade, and we feel part of that. We don't use fancy slogans. We just focus on making sure the estates are productive and healthy. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes it hard to get to certain areas, so we have to plan around the seasons. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. We don't have a corporate hierarchy where you can't talk to the boss. We all pitch in. It’s practical work. If you come by Sree Gokulam Tower, you might find us busy with phone calls or checking harvest reports. That’s just a normal day for us. We try to keep things moving forward in a sensible way.
