Our address is 383/Viii in Karadi, Thamarassery. We’re based in Kozhikode, Kerala. Greenich Estate is the name we use for our business. We aren't a big real estate developer. We just look after the land and the estates around here. It’s a lot of outdoor work. Thamarassery is a very green area, which is why we like it. We don't have a fancy office with big glass windows. We just have a practical space where we can handle our business. Most of our day is spent walking around the property and checking on things. We don't use big business words. We just talk about the soil and the plants. It’s a simple life. We have a small team of local people. We don't have a corporate structure. We just work together to get things done. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it. We aren't looking to expand into other states. We’re happy right here in Kozhikode.
