Giza Developers Private Limited is located at Shop No. 3198 A3, which is part of the 1/3129 block on T.P. Narayanan Nair Road. We are right in West Hill. Our space is more of a shop-front office than a big corporate suite. We’ve been in this part of West Hill for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We do development work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to put buildings on it. The office on T.P. Narayanan Nair Road is where we do all the paperwork and meet with people. It’s a busy little road, and there’s always something going on outside. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished way of talking. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to do it. Some days are spent entirely at the desk, and others we are out at different sites across the area. We have a small group here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. It’s a local business through and through. We know the area well and we like being here. If you need to find us, just look for Shop A3. We are usually around during the day, just working through the latest project. It is a lot of work but we like seeing the buildings finally finished.
