Fyffar Metro Developers LLP operates out of Building No. 28/645 in the Chevayur area. If you know Calicut, you know it's a place where things are always growing. We are based right at Shimjith. We are just a local team in Kozhikode trying to help people get their buildings sorted. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and coffee cups. Our address is 673017, and we've been in this neighborhood for a bit now. People ask what we do exactly, and we tell them we just build and develop what’s needed. It's honest work. Calicut is changing fast, and being part of that change keeps us busy. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just have our name on the building and our history in the area. Often, we are out on-site more than we are in the office. If the door is locked, we’re probably at a project nearby. That is the life of a developer in a place like this. You have to be where the work is. We like it here in Chevayur. It's a nice spot to spend the day and we have good neighbors who look out for us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
