FYFFAR INFRA PROJECTS LLP

We’ve been working out of MPS Towers for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Kozhikode, right across from the Federal Tower. The office covers a few rooms on the 8th floor, from 27/169 to 172. It gets pretty noisy on Mavoor Road down below, but up here on the eighth floor, it’s mostly okay for getting things done. We focus on infra projects. Usually, the team is out on site, so the office is where the paperwork and meetings happen. Sometimes the elevator in MPS Towers takes forever, so we have to plan ahead if we have a meeting. People come by and we talk through the plans or check the logs. It’s just a regular workspace with some desks and old filing cabinets. We’ve got enough space for the files and a couple of laptops. Dealing with construction and infrastructure means there’s always something moving or a deadline coming up. We try to keep things organized despite the daily work. If you’re looking for us, Arayidathupalam is the general area. Most locals know the building. It’s convenient being near the main road because getting around is easier that way. We just keep our heads down and handle the projects we have. The chairs are a bit worn out, and the tea guy comes around twice a day. It’s a practical setup for the technical side of our work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various contractors.
