We are located on the 2nd floor of the Kerala Samajam Complex in Hampankatta, Mangalore. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. Being on the 2nd floor means we get a little bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a monitor. The complex itself is quite old and has that specific character you only find in Mangalore. We do digital work, so our days are filled with emails, software updates, and troubleshooting. It can be a bit repetitive, but there's always something new to learn if you're paying attention. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The weather here can be quite something, especially during the monsoon, and we’ve spent many afternoons watching the rain pour down on Hampankatta while we finish up our work. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and a few newer faces. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to show up and do their part. It's a practical environment. We focus on getting the digital stuff right and making sure the people we work for are taken care of without a lot of unnecessary drama.
