Our place, Freshbucks, is located at Chakkerikat Parambar, which is in the Arakkiner area. It’s a spot that’s easy to find if you know the local landmarks near the post office. We are a small team that handles different kinds of food products. The name Freshbucks sounds a bit modern, but we are actually quite old-fashioned in how we run things. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and sleek furniture. Instead, we work out of a practical space where we can store items and keep our records straight. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or meeting with local distributors who stop by. Arakkiner is a good area for us because we’re close to our roots and know the people around here. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. We think that if you do your work properly and keep your word, people will keep coming back. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the boxes stacked up, and we have to shuffle things around to find what we need. It’s not perfect, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s our workplace and we’re proud of what we’ve built. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the orders are filled and the business keeps moving forward. It’s just us, working hard in Chakkerikat Parambar to make a living for our families.
