FAB ALUMINIUM LLP

If you head down to Arakkilad Puthur in Vadakara, you’ll find us at Al Mafas. That’s where FAB Aluminium LLP operates from. We do a lot of work with aluminium, obviously, mostly for local buildings and houses around Kozhikode. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but someone’s got to do it. The shop is at 11/120 and there’s usually a bit of noise from the cutting and fixing going on. We aren't a massive factory, just a local spot where we take orders and get things made. It’s been a steady path for us since we set up here. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We don’t go in for big ads or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We try to be fair with the prices and just get the work done right the first time. Sometimes materials get delayed or the weather makes things tough, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve got a few guys who have been doing this for years, so they know the tricks of the trade. It’s good to be part of the community here in Vadakara. We like the pace of life here. It’s not as crazy as the big cities, and we get to know the people we’re working for, which makes the whole thing feel more worthwhile. We just keep the doors open and see what the day brings. It’s a simple life but we like it that way.
