Elco Engineering

We are over here in Wayanad, right on the Sultan Bathery road near the KSRTC. It’s a busy spot with all the buses coming and going, so there is always some noise and dust around. Elco Engineering isn't a huge place with a glass front or anything like that. We mostly just have our tools and a space where we get things done. Most of the guys who work here are from around this area. We show up early, have some tea, and then start on whatever jobs came in that week. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw the sign while waiting for their bus. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. The floors are usually a bit dirty from the metal scraps and oil, but that's just how a workshop is. You can find us easily if you know where the Mysore road starts to head out of town. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. Most folks in Sultan Bathery know where the old engineering shops are. It's not fancy, just a place where we try to fix things or make what’s needed. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. It's just us here near the station. Sometimes it gets raining hard like it does in Wayanad, and we have to move stuff inside quick. That’s about it for us.
