Dreamempire Villas Private Limited is located on the fourth floor of the Byamuna Arcade on Kallai Road. We are right in the Palayam area, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in town. We started this company because we wanted to work on villa projects around this part of the state. It’s a small office and since we are on the fourth floor, we get a decent view of the street. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors and looking over site plans. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of folders. Building villas is a long process and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned. We just try to handle the bumps as they come. We aren't some big developer from the city with a huge marketing team. We are just local people who know the building trade. People come to us when they want to build something a bit nicer than a standard house. We talk to them like neighbors because that’s what we are. Sometimes we stay late to finish up drawings or call suppliers. It’s hard work but we enjoy seeing the houses come together. Palayam is a good place to be based and we are happy to stay here. It keeps us close to the heart of the city and our clients.
