We’ve been running Doobek Developers Llp out of this spot on Chenoli Road for a while now. The address is P P Xiv/881, if you’re looking for the actual door. It’s just a normal office where we handle all the developer work that comes our way. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at plans. We don’t really do fancy stuff here. People around Chenoli Road probably see us coming and going at odd hours. Building things takes a lot of time and there is always some paperwork that needs finishing up. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get things moving, but that is just how it goes in this business. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work close to home. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure the projects get done. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find someone at a desk covered in drawings or talking to a contractor. It gets a bit messy during the busy months, but we manage to keep track of everything. We have stayed at this same address because it’s convenient for everyone. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. There is always a lot of noise from the road, but we got used to it. That is pretty much who we are. Just a local developer group trying to do the job right without too much fuss.
