You can find us on the 3rd floor of the Casamia building, Room 5/283 A3. We are right near Chulliyode Road in the Eranhipalam area of Calicut. DEEMAH DEVELOPERS LLP is just a small group of us who decided to get into the development business here in Kozhikode. The office isn't huge, but it's got a good view and enough space for us to get our work done. We handle various building and development tasks around the 673020 area. Most of our days are spent talking to clients or heading out to check on progress at different sites. We aren't the type of people to use a lot of business jargon. We prefer to talk like normal people and explain things clearly. It’s been a bit of a learning curve since we started, but we’ve managed to build a decent reputation just by showing up and doing what we said we would. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot, which keeps us moving. We enjoy being in Eranhipalam because it’s a lively part of town. Our team is small, so we all know what’s going on with every project. We don’t have a big corporate structure, just a bunch of people working hard to make sure the buildings go up right and the paperwork is in order. It’s a busy life, but we like it that way.
