De Limra Buildcon Llp

We set up De Limra Buildcon Llp in Orris Tower. It’s right across from Hi Lite Mall in Kozhikode, on the second floor. Being near the mall makes it easy for people to stop by when they are out doing errands. We do building and construction work. Most of our time is spent talking to people about their plans and figuring out how to make them work within their budgets. Kozhikode is a busy place, and there is always something being built or fixed. We’ve been working from this office for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our desks and some files. We aren't big on fancy speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything stays on track. Sometimes materials are late or the plans change halfway through, but we just handle it. People in the area know where to find us if they have questions. It’s just us here, working on projects one at a time. We handle the technical stuff so the owners don't have to worry too much about the details. It's practical work that requires us to be on our toes all day. You can usually find us at the 2nd floor office during the week, unless we are out at a site checking on progress or meeting with vendors. We’ve been around the block a few times and know the local construction scene well.
