CONIFERA PROJECTS LLP

We are over here in the Puliyankandy building in Ulliyeri 19. If you know the Puliyankandi Paramb area in Kozhikode, that is exactly where our office is set up. It’s just a normal workplace, nothing too fancy. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, handling whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the weather out here in Kerala gets a bit much, especially during the monsoon months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the day’s tasks. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desks, taking calls, and looking over plans. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. We don’t really do big speeches or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, make some tea, and start working. There’s always something to organize or a new project to look at. People from around the area stop by occasionally to ask questions. We try to keep things simple and clear for everyone. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which helps when we need to focus on the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it goes in Kozhikode. We’ve got our routine down now. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing what we do right here in Kerala-673323. It’s practical work. We like it that way. No big corporate meetings, just regular people working.
